The Academy, Summer 2000
The Academy (ages 8-18) is a four-week comprehensive program designed to help young people develop theatre skills in a fun and supportive atmosphere. More than just acting classes, The Academy gives young people training in all aspects of theatre. A highly skilled faculty of theatre professionals gives students the training to understand the art and craft of theatre, and the performance opportunities to help put their training into practice.

The Academy helps young people explore the power theatre has to communicate ideas, inspire the imagination, and bring people together.
