When you contact Technical Support please have the following information available to help us serve you better:

  2. Modem Speed and Brand
  3. Username and Password
  4. Write down any error messages

  1. Bad Password? Is your 'CAPS LOCK' key on?
  2. Are you dialing the correct number? (see list above)
  3. Getting disconnected? Have you disabled 'CALL WAITING'?
