Microsoft Outlook 2002/XP Set Up Instructions

It's a good idea to have your OnRamp Access Account Information handy when you follow these setup instructions.

1. Open Outlook 2002, from the Tools menu select E-mail Accounts.

2. In the E-mail Accounts window, click next to Add a new e-mail account. Click Next to continue.

   
   
3. In the Server Type window, Select POP3 and click Next.
   
   
   
4. In the Internet Email Settings (POP3) window, you set most of the information required to check your mail.

   In the User Information section, use the following:
   Your Name: the name that you want to appear on your email
   Email Address: your Onramp Access e-mail address ex. johndoe@onr.com

   In the Server Information section, use the following:
   Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.onr.com
   Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.onr.com
   
   *If you are using our AntiVirus or SpamSlam services you will be assigned one of the following: Incoming mail server (POP3): mail1.onr.com or mail3.onr.com

   In the Logon Information section, use the following:
   User Name: your E-Mail Account/POP Username ex. johndoe
   Password: your E-Mail Account/POP Password

   
   
   Click Next to continue
   
5. Then, click Finish. You're done!
