Spam Filter setup for Outlook 2000
1. Right click on Outlook Today and choose Create
New Folder
- Type: Spam
- Click OK
2. Start the Rules Wizard Tools>Rules Wizard.
- Click New...
- The Rules wizard box displays current rules (If they already
exist.)
- Select Check messages when they arrive.
- Click Next.
- Check with specific words in the message
header
- Click specific words in the box below...
- Type: X-Spam-Flag: YES
- Click OK
- Check move it to the specified folder
- Click on specified below
3. Choose the folder SPAM
4. Click Finish
