- Redundant Liebert Data Center Air Handling units that control
temperature and humidity. Active water leak detection and pumps.
- Pre-action fire suppression system with active, third party
monitoring.
- Multiple fiber entry points lit by multiple vendors, including
one from Time Warner Telecom’s Central Office located in
same building.
- Multiple Internet backbones terminated directly in data center
with active traffic management via BGP4.
- Multiple, redundant backbone routers and switches for optimum/fail-over
routing.
- Security system including third party monitoring, video surveillance
and passkey controlled entry.
- Network Operations Center, located in data center, monitors
customer’s servers for connectivity and active services
on a 24/7/365 basis. Redundant monitoring software notifies NOC
and all engineers via text messages of any service problem for
immediate attention without customer intervention. All NOC staff
capable of “hands-on” support for co-location customers
in case of late night trouble.
