Technical Requirements
- The web browser version of Outlook does not offer the complete
functionality of Outlook.
- Customers with firewalls may need to change its settings for
Outlook to work. This may also apply if you are not a current
OnRamp Access customer. This does not affect Outlook access from
a web browser.
- Customers must read and agree to OnRamp Access Acceptable
Use Policy.
Additional Services
- Customers receive 200MB of disk space per account. Additional
space is available for an extra charge; please contact your sales
representative at 512-322-9200 for more information.
- Services beyond the correction of errors in the server system,
are an additional charge. These include, but are not limited to:
- Training in use of Outlook
- Help setting up Team Folders
