personal filters in NoSpam2

1. Go to nospam2.onr.com

2. Type in your user name and password, then click "Log In."

If you have an @onr.com address...
your username is the part of your email address before the @ symbol.

If your email address is at a different domain...
your user name is probably your email address including the domain (user@domain.com).

The next screen to appear will be your filtering dashboard. Once the NoSpam2 filter has been active for a while, a list of suspected spam messages will accumulate. (NOTE: Realm administrators will not see any spam pending at the bottom). There are four sections to the dashboard: the main menu (on the left), the aggressiveness filter, the accept/reject list, and the pending messages list (i.e., spam list).

The aggressiveness filter allows you to indicate, by degrees, just how strict you want the filter to be.

The accept/reject list allows you to automatically accept or reject incoming messages sent from an individual email address, domain or IP address.

Finally, the pending (spam) messages list can be found at the bottom (NOTE: the list may initially be empty). This list allows you to review the messages that have been filtered out and correct any mistakes the spam filter might have made if/when it mistakenly marks acceptable messages as spam. Each message in the pending messages list can be set for rejection or for acceptance (in cases where a message has been filtered as spam by mistake). To make this procedure easier, there are three buttons that can be used to accept or reject all the messages in the list. Selecting the red X button will automatically mark all messages in the list as spam. Clicking the green checkmark will automatically set all of them for acceptance, and clicking the question mark button will reset them all to their original "do nothing" status.
