1. Click the Start button and go to Control Panel.

13. In the slot beneath where it says, "Use this URL to connect to my proxy server for Exchange:" type "exchange2007.staff.onr.com." Then make sure the checkboxes next to where it says, "On fast networks..." and "On slow networks..." are both checked. Click "OK."

14. Click "OK" again.

15. Click "Next."

16. Click "Finish."

17. Click "OK" again, close the Control Panel, and you're done.
