(When opening Outlook 2003 for the first time.)
1. Open MS Outlook 2003.

2. Click "Next."

3. Leave "Yes" selected and click "Next."

4. Select "Microsoft Exchange Server" and click "Next."

5. Where it says, "Microsoft Exchange Server:" type, "exchange2007.staff.onr.com." For "User Name:" type your first and last name. Then click on "More Settings..."

6. Click on the Security tab. And, under the "Logon network security:" heading, select "Password Authentication (NTLM)."

7. Click on the Connection tab.

8. Place a checkmark next to "Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP" and then click on "Exchange Proxy Settings."

9. Where it says, "Use this URL to connect to my proxy server for Exchange" type, "exchange2007.staff.onr.com." Make sure there are checkmarks next to both, "On fast networks, connect using..." and "On slow networks, connect using..." And, then click "OK" at the bottom.

10. This should bring you back to the Connection tab on the Microsoft Exchange Server window. Click "OK" again.

11. Now, you should be back to the Email Accounts window. Click "Next."

12. Click "Finish," and you're done.
